As we indicated in a picture in the Photo Gallery of the previous page Tom, Jim, and Buzz went to a Cleveland Indians game one summer when Jim was visiting from Nashville.

Since all of the games are now televised Buzz video taped the game. During the game there was a foul ball hit in our direction. It bounced on the field and then into the stands. Tom was sitting in an isle seat. It landed right across the isle from him. He got up and made an effort to get the ball. However, there was a man, and a little kid also in pursuit. I think the little kid ended up with the ball.

First of all Tom was wearing a white shirt, a white hat, and a gray jacket. He is very recognizable. You may have to watch it a couple of times. When he returned to our seats you can see Buzz, and Jim laughing at him. We kidded him that a little kid beat him to the ball.

Here is what he said: "I didn't want people to see me grab the ball away from the kid on TV!"

A few days later I looked at the video tape. I was hoping that the cameras caught the foul ball being hit and landing near our seats. They did! So I copied that part of the video over, and put it to slow motion.

I put it on You Tube, and sent Tom, and Jim copies. They were amazed.

In all seriousness it is good to have a video of the three of us togehter, and especially of Tom.
